Yikes - we've been here for a whole year!!!
I was reading over my second to last post about Barbara and it made me realize that I REALLY need to keep up with blogging so that we can remember all the amazing things that happen in our family.

With that being said, a picture is worth a thousand words, right?? So I now give you like tens of thousands of words, in the form of pictures!! These are some of the things that have been captured since our big move...seems like fun, doesn't it??

Our very first official family photo with a real photographer!!! Looks cold, doesn't it?? It started snowing about 5 minutes after we left!!

That's right, we're not in California anymore...it snows here!!!

Isn't she just the cutest little thing?? Our school had a fundraiser at Chick-Fil-A and I never pass up an opportunity to support Chick-Fil-A and the school!!

So, apparently my work in Young Women's was not done when we moved and I have been lucky enough to be called to be the secretary in YW in our ward - and Greg and I made this amazing ship for New Beginnings for the 2015 theme "Oh Ye That Embark."

We also made this really neat temple from one of those room divider screens - with the blue cellophane and a light behind it, it looks magical!!

This not so little girl got baptized in November !!!

And this little ball of fire is just having a hard time remembering that she is only 3!!

And she LOVES anything Frozen - each day is a new dress and persona...keeps us on our toes.

Birthdays - We celebrated Barbara's first birthday in California with family on a road trip!

And in October Karyl celebrated her 8th birthday with a Frozen themed party and of course a Costco cake.

Halloween this year was full of just too much cuteness with Karyl as Elsa...

Barbara as Snow White...

And Nicole as Anna. Freddie was Batman but he must have been so good at being a Superhero and being stealth that I can't find a picture of him on Halloween!!

And then there was Patrick...

We have our very own Christmas Tree in our front yard so it needed ornaments, as well as a star on top...a Patrick Star!!

Did I mention that it snows here??

Look at these Christmas cuties!!

Yes, we knew it snowed here before we moved- isn't it gorgeous?!?!

And lastly, Greg's most prized acquisition since the move...his 2014 Father's Day gift...yes, that's a cannon. Don't let the size fool you like it did me - this sucker makes enough noise that people a half mile away INSIDE THEIR HOMES can hear it. So if there's a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or just a day with really good weather you'll be alerted by the cannon...I apologize to those within that half mile radius - I created a monster.

So that's a quick recap of the past few months. Barbara has turned 1 and at almost 16 months is walking and talking. Freddie has lost more teeth than I can count (seriously, he has no front top teeth!!). Karyl is turning into a pre-teen girl whose clothes have to match and who wants to curl her hair and wear accessories with everything. And Nicole, my innocent looking little curly haired, glasses wearing, petite little girl is just an enigma wrapped in sugar and spice (usually more spice than sugar!!). We are absolutely in love with Utah and our house and our neighborhood and everything about living here. Our lives have changed, but we haven't - and that has been more than we ever could have asked for.

I will try and get more organized and post more regularly now that things are settling down and we are getting back to a routine and feeling like we are almost settled. Just know we are well - and couldn't be happier!!
