Well, we dressed the kids in green and made some super yummy Green Velvet Cupcakes...I'd say we did our duty on this Day O' Green!!

OK, I don't 'get' the big deal with Red Velvet cake. Are you a fan? I mean, I like chocolate cake well enough and I love cream cheese frosting, but the red velvet recipes I've found are never chocolaty enough and why the red color? I may get daring enough to try your recipe since I haven't disliked a single thing you have recommended!
That being said, the green velvet cake WAS cute enough to celebrate St Patty's day! Especially if you got to enjoy it with those darling kiddos!
Kids are so cute! I am sure the cupcakes were yummy but that color green makes me think of moss LOL.
